Before we go
ahead with our latest update from Amsterdam, I thought it might be
fun to give our most loyal readers a little feedback about themselves. To
date, we have seen some clear trends in the EuroTrip readers database.![]() As you can see, nearly half of our registered readers (46%) requested a postcard from the Czech Republic, which puts it handily at the top of the list of nations by postcard-lustfulness. Italy and Wales are a distant 2nd and 3rd place. And sadly, France received no requests. Even Luxemburg, which wasn't even a choice, had more requests than France. So what does that say about our readers? What does it say about the Czech Republic? I did a little research on the web and cross correlated our database with national census, actuarial, social security, the Edgar databases, etc.. Oh, and and just for fun, I hacked into the Amazon readers database too. It turns out the average registered EuroTrip reader:
There you have it. So all you folks who thought you were being cool and original by picking the Czech Republic for your postcard - surprise! You are the demo(graphic). But don't worry, as we said when you signed up, we promise not to sell or give away this vital, personal information*. Now back to our regularly scheduled update by Lisa - - rob *EuroTrip 2000 reserves the right to use this information in aggregate for marketing purposes. |
